Acceptance of Order

When you confirm an order with Sydney Promotional Products (4Branding) you are entering into a legal agreement between you, as a single entity, the company or organisation you represent, and Sydney Promotional Products (4Branding) . Your order is confirmation and full acceptance of our terms and conditions. An order is deemed confirmed once you sign our order confirmation, or once you send through an official purchase order. All orders are accepted subject to Sydney Promotional Products (4Branding) ’s terms and conditions.

Ownership of Goods

The ownership title of goods remains with Sydney Promotional Products (4Branding) until full payment(s) have been received.

Artwork

Please supply artwork in Illustrator Vector EPS Format for print, or High Resolution JPEG for embroidery only. All fonts & text should be outlined or the font should be supplied.

Pre-Production Samples

Pre-Production samples should be requested before your order is placed. Charges may apply. Changes made to products after a pre-production sample is supplied will incur additional costs and delivery delays. If a client does not provide the adequate leadtime where physical pre-production samples would normally be provided (custom manufactured products), then the client accepts full responsibility for the final shipment of goods delivered.

Order Changes or Cancellation

Any alterations to an order will incur charges. If an order is cancelled, and this cancellation is accepted by Sydney Promotional Products (4Branding) , then any costs incurred by Sydney Promotional Products (4Branding) will be passed onto the client. The amount charged is at the discretion of Sydney Promotional Products (4Branding) and will need to be paid before the order cancellation is accepted.

Freight

Freight charges will apply to all orders unless specified.

Product Returns

Product can be returned for replacement or refund if deemed faulty within 7 Days.

Payment Terms - General

All orders are subject to our payment terms as outlined in these terms and conditions.

Payment Terms - Stock Items

Nett 14 Days from the date of invoice for Stock Items for Account Clients. Payment can be made via eft, cheque, or credit card including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express (Merchant Fees apply for credit card payments at a rate of 2% including gst (Visa/Mastercard), and 3% including gst (American Express).

Payment Terms - Custom Products

50% Deposit on Order / Balance Nett 14 Days from the date of invoice. Payment can be made via eft, cheque, or credit card including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express (Merchant Fees apply for credit card payments at a rate of 2% including gst (Visa/Mastercard), and 3% including gst (American Express).

Warranties

Sydney Promotional Products (4Branding) provides no express or implied warranties. Sydney Promotional Products (4Branding) passes all transferable warranties made by the manufacturer of the goods to the client.

Print Colours & PMS Colour Matching

Every effort is made to match PMS colours. However, it is not always possible to match PMS colours exactly as branding processes and techniques differ, and product materials differ from product to product.

Production Over Runs & Under Runs

We always aim to deliver the quantity ordered. Due to some manufacturing processes this is not always possible, so Sydney Promotional Products (4Branding) reserves the right to deliver and invoice +/- 5% of the quantity ordered.

Shipment Delays

Sydney Promotional Products (4Branding) will not be held responsible for any unforeseen delays affecting the delivery of products over which they have no direct control. Eg. Loss of Freight, Customs Delays, Shipping Timetables, Natural Disasters, Acts of God etc.

All data is collected with your permission and for the express purpose of providing better information, products, and services. We do not rent or sell any personal or company information to third parties. The products and brands displayed on this website are for demonstration and reference purposes only. We have not directly supplied all of these products and brands displayed. Ownership of all brands and logos remains with the rightful owner of those brands and logos.
